Who is responsible

Contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email, company (if given), topic and message are delivered to me by email through Web3Forms. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and keep them for as long as the conversation is relevant, and at most two years. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Analytics cookies
Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and which sections are useful. Google sets the _ga cookies for that purpose. If you decline, no Google script is loaded. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Stored on your device
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key cookieConsent, so the banner doesn't appear on every visit.
Third-party resources
The animated background on the home page loads the three.js library from the jsDelivr CDN, which receives your IP address as part of the request. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to deliver and protect it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
